The Estates at Rancho San Jacinto is a gated, senior (55+) community with 149 single family homes and a large community clubhouse and pool, located in San Jacinto (near Hemet), California. It is located between Esplanade on the North, Arroyo Viejo on the East, Commonwealth on the South, and Hewitt on the West. This friendly, close-knit community is governed by a Board of Directors in accordance with its CC&Rs. We hope all residents of The Estates will find this a convenient place to share information of interest to others, and that it serves to promote camaradarie and friendship. Note: This website is operated by the Friendly, Interested Neighbors of The Estates (FINE for short) and not under the auspices of its Home Owners' Association or its Board of Directors.
